IDP undertakes offshore geophysical and geotechnical site investigations (IDP GeoSurvey), commercial vessel supply using both the company’s own vessels and through third party charter and crewing (IDP Marine), commercial diving intervention and maintenance (IDP Subsea) and general agency and other programme management services within the offshore oil and gas and renewable energy sectors.

Senior Geophysicist

 

IDP GeoSurvey is currently seeking applications from outstanding individuals with over five years’ experience gained as a Project Geophysicist. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will have a good first degree in Exploration Geophysics or a similar discipline, together with extensive expertise in the analysis and interpretation of sidescan sonar, sub-bottom profiler and magnetometer data.

This position would be field based, although some work from IDP’s base in Lowestoft should be expected. Salary would be commensurate with that of a senior offshore role.

Senior Hydrographic Surveyor

 

IDP GeoSurvey is currently seeking applications from outstanding individuals with over five years’ experience gained as a Hydrographic Surveyor. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will have a good first degree in Hydrographic Survey or a similar discipline.

This position would be field based, although some work from IDP’s base in Lowestoft should be expected. Salary would be commensurate with that of a senior offshore role.

Senior Geophysical Engineer

 

IDP GeoSurvey is currently seeking applications from outstanding individuals with over five years’ experience gained as a Geophysical Engineer. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will have a good first degree in Electronic Engineering or a similar discipline.

This position would be field based, although some work from IDP’s base in Lowestoft should be expected. Salary would be commensurate with that of a senior offshore role.
